Dr Yana Leonova: What distinguishes Dubai and the UAE as a global commercial, education, innovation, and financial hub?
H. E. Adnan Al Noorani: Dubai and the United Arab Emirates have always been a melting pot of countries, cultures, and attitudes. We are extremely proud that our forefathers were able to transform a desert into one of the world's most developed countries in just 50 years. Nowadays, Dubai has established itself as a global leader in a variety of fields, and we can proudly claim that it is a modern hub for technology, innovations, healthcare, education, finance, and a variety of other activities.
Dr Leonova: Which are His Excellency's main areas of operation?
H. E. Al Noorani: Sheikh Saqer Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi's Private Office is not limited to any specific areas. Our mission is to assist any company, project, or concept that can make the world a better, safer, and more peaceful place.

In October 2021, we held a successful governmental gathering called "The Future Innovation Summit," in which about half of the participating start-ups secured funding from government bodies or private corporations.

H. E. Dr Leonova: What is His Excellency's most recent schooling venture with Global Business Studies?
H. E. Al Noorani: The team of The Private Office was honored to be invited to the inauguration of the Global Business Studies (GBS) at Dubai Knowledge Park, together with Mr. Stanley Johnson, and to welcome a vibrant and well-equipped campus from GBS, which started in the United Kingdom.
A second stage will be to open a campus in Sharjah in 2022 with the help of the Private Office and H. H. Sheikh Saqer Bin Mohamed Al Qasim personally, because we feel passionately in the value of education for future generations.
Dr Leonova: The market in the UAE is extremely volatile and competitive. What criteria does The Office use to evaluate innovative industries and unicorns? Which categories of assets are now on the radar?
H. E. Al Noorani: The Private Office is always on the lookout for new opportunities. Our team of experts is trying not only to keep an eye on trending business industries, but also to forecast what categories will be in demand and flourishing in the near future, in order to provide the finest options for investors and business owners.
The UAE is booming, real estate values are growing rapidly, and precious metals and gemstones are in high demand, as are technologies relating to agriculture, health care, water and food security.

H. E. Al Noorani: The Private Office of Sheikh Saqer Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi (the ruling family of Sharjah in the UAE) is proud to announce its patronage of the upcoming Emerging Technologies Investment Forum hosted by Quantum Leap Strategy AG and held in Davos 2022.
Technologies and Investment trends defined and discussed in Switzerland will find their further development and boost in the Middle East's hub - the UAE - at the second edition of the Future Innovation Summit, to be held in 2022 in Dubai.
Dr Leonova: The UAE is the host country for World EXPO2020. How significant is this and what can a similar project indicate about the future prosperity of the UAE?
H. E. Al Noorani: EXPO 2020 is one of the greatest events that is happening in the UAE. It's a huge honour for all of us to host so many different countries, nationalities, and cultures in one place.
We hope that, thanks to the EXPO, the entire world can discover the UAE which, thanks to its leaders, will become a new home for everyone. The UAE is a country of great opportunities, happiness, and success.
Dr Leonova: How far back is His Excellency's experience in the field, and what are some of your humanitarian and goodwill commitments?
H. E. Al Noorani: Today, your success is nothing without giving something from the heart to people. All of us need to understand that there are millions of people who need to be supported.
No amount of money can buy pure happiness and gratefulness in children's eyes. There's nothing more valuable than the sincere smile of elderly people. We are always here to be with people.
