Who became the designer of the year?
In March in Dubai, the starling Fashion Shows and Awarding Ceremony were held as part of Emirates Fashion Week SS23-24. Fashion shows took place in the luxurious location of the Fashion Gallery in the Arjaan by Rotana. This season's Fashion Week was attended by designers from UK, Italy, Serbia, Russia, Indonesia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and India.
United Arab Emirates were represented by 5 designers. The evening was devoted to recognition of emerging and well-known designers, brands and fashion icons that have distinguished themselves in the Fashion World this year.
The title «the BEST DESIGNER OF THE YEAR» was awarded to Anait Arutyunova, the founder
of the ART FASHION brand.
This is the second Fashion Award on the brand's account – after a few years of brand’s foundation,
the Russian Fashion Magazine «Moda Topical», represented by its publisher, ex-Miss Universe
Oksana Fedorova, awarded Anait Arutyunova with the honorary title «Breakthrough of the Year»

Elizabeth Gordiychuk, who is not only the founder of the «LA REINE» brand, but also the artistic
director.
