Motivated by our shared passion, we decided to collaborate and bring together like-minded individuals who were equally committed to creating positive change. This led to collaborations with HRH Princess Debbie Deneo Raputi, HE Ngurah Swajaya, KGBA Rolita Manulang, and Julia Stina, each bringing their unique expertise and perspectives to the table. - Alina Dyachenko, President of WWIF Middle East

VMM: Hello Alina! It's a pleasure to have you here. With your diverse background as a serial entrepreneur and your involvement in various ventures, we're excited to learn more about your journey. Can you share with us how you got started with WWIF and what motivated you to collaborate with Ayla Aldjufrie, HRH Princess Debbie Deneo Raputi, HE Ngurah Swajaya, KGBA Rolita Manulang, and Julia Stina?

Alina: Thank you for having me! I'm thrilled to be here and share my story. My journey with WWIF began around two years ago when I attended the Climate Change Forum in Bahrain. It was during this event that I had the privilege of meeting Ayla Aldjufrie, the founder and main ideologist of the WWIF. We instantly connected and discovered our shared vision of empowering women worldwide.

Together, we envisioned a platform that would not only empower women but also foster collaboration, provide resources, and create networking opportunities for women entrepreneurs and innovators globally. Our shared goal is to create a support system that enables women to thrive in business and innovation, breaking barriers and achieving remarkable success.

VMM: That's incredible, Alina. It's inspiring to see how your collaboration with these influential individuals has shaped the WWIF. Can you tell us more about the specific goals and initiatives of the forum and how you envision it making a difference for women worldwide?

Alina: Absolutely! The WWIF is dedicated to supporting and uplifting women in business and innovation. Our primary goal is to create a platform that facilitates networking, mentorship, and collaboration among women entrepreneurs and innovators globally.

Through our networking circles, we aim to connect women from diverse backgrounds and industries, providing them with opportunities to share knowledge, support each other's growth, and forge meaningful partnerships. These circles serve as a space for mentorship, inspiration, and the exchange of ideas, empowering women to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.

We also place a strong emphasis on education and empowerment. The forum offers educational programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities tailored to the unique needs of women entrepreneurs. By equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge, we strive to bridge the gender gap in business and innovation and create a more inclusive ecosystem.

Our vision is to see women worldwide confidently leading change, addressing environmental and sustainability concerns, and driving innovation. We believe that when women are empowered and provided with the right resources and support, they can make a significant impact not only in their own lives but also in their communities and the world at large.

VMM: That's truly inspiring, Alina. The work you and the WWIF are doing to empower women for sustainable change is commendable.
