Ethereal Echoes, a pioneering exhibition introduces a collaboration between Marina Fedorova, a Russian prominent artist and Yousef Akbar, a Saudi Arabian fashion designer. The exhibition is a multifaceted dialogue between art, fashion, and culture enriched by digital reality, running from 25 November - 9 December 2023 at the FWD by MOKSYZ Boutique Centria Mall in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The two creatives share a common vision to build a platform that redefines classical art and fashion design narratives. Ten unique paintings by Marina Fedorova, each brought to life through augmented reality, beckon visitors into a realm of multi-dimensional splendor. Yousef Akbar adds an extraordinary layer with ten contemporary dresses that meticulously intertwine with Marina's captivating artworks, blurring the boundaries between the tangible and the ethereal.
This exhibition goes beyond the visual. "Ethereal Echoes" blends different realms and cultures paying homage as well to Saudi Arabia's rich heritage, drawing inspiration from the enchanting Al-Ahsa Oasis, specifically created for this exhibition, The Birth of Four Unprecedented Multidimensional Cross-cultural Creations.
