Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi remains true to the brand’s elegance and sophisticated aesthetics. Housed within the magnificent museum, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, the chic and timeless dining room is decorated with tasteful red leather armchairs, black and white celebrity portraits, avant-garde chandeliers and classically stylish linen-clad tables. A masterclass in understated elegant, the vast windows offer sensational views of the glistening Arabian Gulf.


Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the prestigious French culinary gem nestled within the Louvre Abu Dhabi, is thrilled to present its latest specially crafted winter menu.

Created in collaboration with renowned Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the gastronomic visionary behind the iconic Fouquet’s Paris, the menu instantly transports diners to the charming, snow-dusted streets of the French capital. Capturing the timeless elegance of traditional French brasserie dining, each meticulously reimagined dish is a testament to the dedication and passion of Corporate Head Chef Balveer Balkissoon and his expert culinary team.

Capturing the vibrant spirit of winter in the UAE, the menu features an array of heartwarming and nourishing starters that are sure to bring joy to every guest. A timeless tribute to art, culture, and gastronomy, guests can start their culinary adventure with a comforting, traditional French onion soup or some exquisite Wagyu beef carpaccio with red pepper confit and parmesan flakes. Meanwhile, the feuilleté d’escargots aux épinards is the epitome of French indulgence, featuring a delicate blend of Burgundy snails, garlic butter and spinach, all encased in golden pastry.

For seafood enthusiasts, the menu boasts a mouthwatering array of creations. This includes the Meunière style dover sole, a succulent fish served with velvety mashed potato and beurre nantais sauce, and a delectable black cod filet, accompanied by wild mushrooms and sea asparagus.

Fusing the best of Italian and French cuisine, the potato gnocchi with fresh sage and tomato cream is another masterful culinary delight, while meat connoisseurs will be spoilt for choice with all the options on offer. Guests are invited to dive into a classic beef bourguignon, and the hand-cut, seasoned-to-perfection classic beef tartare, served with pommes "Coin de Rue.” Or, for a truly showstopping dish, the grand tomahawk beef is perfect for sharing.

As always, guests are encouraged to end their experience with a lavish platter of handcrafted French fromage, or with one of Chef Hugo Sipp’s photo-worthy gastronomic sweet treats. Guaranteed to provide a sweet and satisfying conclusion, his outstanding new creations include the fresh and fruity tarte fine aux pommes (apple tart), pineapple carpaccio, the creamy crème brûlée and the indulgent chocolate soufflé.

Every course can be further enhanced with an array of exquisite paired European grapes, hops, cocktails, premium beverages, barista creations and fresh loose-leaf teas, while the enchanting atmosphere ensures that every visit is memorable and special.

The new winter menu at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is available to enjoy daily, starting 1 November 2023.

Opening times are 12pm to 10pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 12pm to 10:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays, along with the rest of Louvre Abu Dhabi.
