Gübelin is co-partner of the Zurich Film Festival

The stage is set for a star-studded partnership – Gübelin becomes new co-partner of the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF)

The House of Gübelin is now co-partner of the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF). The Swiss, family-owned company is devoted to art and culture and has entered into this partnership to promote the glamorous film festival.

The Zurich Film Festival is being held from September 28th until October 8th. Since it was founded, the ZFF has developed into a renowned festival for cinema lovers, fans of culture and the film industry. Numerous films will be celebrating their European or world premiere before the audiences. The ZFF has invested a great deal of passion and experience into creating a multi-facetted programme, which also offers young talents an exciting venue.

The Zurich Film Festival is a firmly established institution on the Swiss art and cultural scene with international appeal. The House of Gübelin has recently become a supporter of the second-largest film festival in the German-speaking countries.

Raphael Gübelin, President of the Gübelin
Raphael Gübelin, President of the company in its sixth generation, explains: “As a co-partner, we are supporting this prestigious festival, rooted in Switzerland and enjoying international renown. Art, culture and creativity have been central to our Swiss, family-run company since it was founded in 1854 – and fully in keeping with our company’s Deeply Inspired philosophy. Through our partnership with the Zurich Film Festival we would like to continue to help promote talented artists while celebrating cultural exchange and the art of film.”

Swissness

In a brief advertising spot, the House of Gübelin documents its deep connection to Switzerland and its inspiration drawn from nature. The video will be presented during the ZFF in advance of selected films. During the filming of this video, an image was taken that Gübelin will communicate at the ZFF. Set in the midst of the Swiss Alps, it highlights a new haute joaillerie creation. The impressive Flowing River emerald ring is, like every piece from Gübelin Jewellery, set with the iconic ruby, which symbolises the Deeply Inspired philosophy.

United by quality

Jennifer Somm, Managing Director of Spoundation Motion Picture AG, states: “We are pleased that we have gained a co-partner in the form of Gübelin, a Swiss family-owned company, whose standards of quality perfectly match those of the Festival.” Gübelin is also known for its jewellery, which is inspired by the inner world of gemstones and speaks a language of design with deep meaning. During the glamorous festival, the management of the ZFF will be wearing sophisticated creations from Gübelin Jewellery.

The House of Gübelin’s Deeply Inspired philosophy pervades all aspects of the company’s activities. It is based on a unique combination of beauty, knowledge and expertise. A pioneering spirit and innovation are central to the Swiss, family-owned company. The new partnership harmonises fully with the convictions and values of the House: authenticity, expertise and inspiration.

Pack nicotine alternatives

Smoking cessation isn’t a one-and-done thing; being out with friends—especially smokers—might exacerbate your cravings. Instead of giving in and asking for a smoke, tobacco-free alternatives can help tamp down those urges. Nicotine pouches are a great product for a night out. Most nicotine pouches come in cans, which allow users to experience nicotine satisfaction on the go. Another great option is nicotine patches, which have been around for decades as a quitting aid. Brands like Habitrol nicotine patches come with two or three-step programs over eight or twelve weeks, gradually lowering the nicotine dose after some time. all images ©
