I UAE’S top 20 junior riders gear up to race alongside World Supercross champions at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November 20 junior riders will battle it out at the FIM World Supercross Championship in two race categories: 65cc and 85cc The event will welcome 40 WSX riders across two classes (WSX & SX2) battling it out for two world championship titles for the first time in the region The motorsport community in the region is buzzing with excitement as the UAE’s top junior riders prepare for a momentous occasion in their careers. With just over a week to go until the FIM World Supercross Championship, 20 junior riders are gearing up to make their mark and join the ranks of experienced champions at the WSX Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Etihad Arena on 4th November. The young riders will compete in their own race category on the day, showcasing their talents in front the huge crowd of motorsports fans. Hailing from across the UAE, 10 of the juniors will compete in the 85cc category, with the other 10 riding in the 65cc category. Collaboration with UAE and other countries to deepen our economic relations, meet our shared green energy goals, and promote a just transition has never been more important. “I look forward to this agreement helping us deliver a more sustainable and prosperous economy.” Neil Gray, Scotland’s Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy, signed the agreement in Dubai with his UAE counterpart, His Excellency Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade .The MoU covers cooperation streams regarding clean energy, education and technology across five key areas of focus The Scottish Government and the Government of the United Arab Emirates signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see the two governments deepen cooperation ties surrounding bilateral trade, collaboration on breakthrough technologies and education and research (involving AI, Quantum and clean technology). The wide-ranging MoU was announced at a special ceremony that took place at the Ministry of Economy in Dubai.
