  • Maurice Lacroix AIKON King of the Court

In 2021, Maurice Lacroix became the Official Timekeeper of the innovative King of the Court (KOTC) where elite athletes compete in volleyball tournaments held in different cities around the globe. Now, the Jura-based watch brand has created a special edition of its highly popular AIKON model, designed for competitive individuals who crave success in their chosen arena. A ticking timebomb to win the crown Walking to the court, the competitors experience a blend of nerves and excitement. The adrenaline ‘kicks in’ while the noise of the court builds to a crescendo. On entering the sporting arena, they are enveloped in an atmosphere of cheers and music. Standing on the sand, the competitors ‘eye’ their opponents. A battle for the king side and the clock’s ticking. Victory is the absolute goal. Welcome to King of the Court (KOTC), a series of Beach Volleyball tournaments, held in different cities around the globe. The perfect companion on your road to success In July 2021, Maurice Lacroix announced it was the Official Timekeeper of the King of the Court (KOTC). Now, building on its relationship with KOTC, the Swiss brand has produced a special edition AIKON watch, an ideal companion for individuals seeking their own route to success. Courtesy © 2022 Maurice Lacroix. The AIKON King of the Court Special Edition is housed in titanium, a lightweight material that is not susceptible to corrosion or sensitive to magnetic fields. In addition, it’s hypoallergenic. The model is presented in black, white and golden yellow, inspired by the corporate colours of KOTC. Measuring 42mm in diameter this sports watch delivers much wrist presence. Consistent with all Maurice Lacroix watches, this special edition delivers a notable degree of precision. Its luminescent hour and minute hands prove very legible even in dim light conditions, while the chronograph accurately measures elapsed periods of time. A date display completes the inventory of functions. The watch comes supplied on a tricoloured FKM rubber strap. This premium grade of rubber is superior to conventional rubber straps. In fact, it is more flexible, aiding wearer comfort and provides superior wear resistance. Lastly, FKM rubber is less prone to fading, retaining its showroom-fresh appearance for longer. The model is also endowed with the Easy Strap Exchange system, allowing the wearer to swap the strap for an alternative without the need for tools. To the rear of the watch, the case back is engraved with the King of the Court logo, the mark of a true competitor. Indeed, whichever arena you find yourself competing within, the AIKON King of the Court Special Edition is the perfect companion. Your Time is Now with Maurice Lacroix For more than 40 years, Maurice Lacroix has demonstrated all of its watchmaking expertise, crafting watches within the brand's Manufacture in Saignelégier, Switzerland. Modern and daring, the AIKON is made for a generation of Millennials who are connected, curious, ready to take on the world, ambitious and talented. The contours of the AIKON embody the Maurice Lacroix state of mind: a brand that is inspired by city life and captures its energy. Architecture, culture, sport, ecology and innovation are a constant source of inspiration for the creative team working in the brand's Manufacture. With this in mind, Maurice Lacroix chooses to be an active and urban brand that associates its image with a set of activities that capture the vitality of city life. #pulseofthecity

  • Invest In Yourself: ELITE Global Leaders Conference Launches In London

The ELITE Global Leader’s Conference is a private forum exclusively organized by family offices for family offices, ultra elite private investors, prominent impact leaders and business owners as well as royal family members and international icons like artists and athletes. During the most recently held conference JABOY Productions has invited guests to top destinations around the world; Mexico City, Beverly Hills, Panama, Montreal, Rome and Vatican, New Orleans, Cannes and now London. Neil Greene, CEO of JABOY Productions, said, "It's all about people and incorporating the culture into the vision of the event. We try to bring people together to the best places in the world." This exclusive event, held at the Hyatt Regency London, will have special invited speakers from around the globe and those who have traveled in space, like NASA Astronaut Dr. Sian "LEO" Proctor. In an interview for Moralmoda earlier this year, Dr. Proctor, who is the mission pilot for the Inspiration4 all-civilian orbital mission to space, highlighted the importance of making an impact through her work: "The purpose of the Inspiration4 mission was to bring the first all-civilian crew to orbit and, in the process, raise $200 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital." Further confirmed speakers that will attend next month's event in London are J.B. Bernstein – Sports Agent, Million Dollar Arm Movie, Pierre duPont, from Cerity Partners, G5 and G8 Family Member, Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, Soho Muse, Pricess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, JPM Capital, Prince Lorenzo DeMedici, Medici Dynasty Family Office, Kent Swig, Fairmont Hotels Family Office, Joy Womack, ballet dancer "The White Swan", starting in the upcoming movie "JOICA". The group of respected speakers combines market giants, celebrities, and professional artists, highlighting the London event's general theme 'Invest in Yourself', under the motto of Winston Churchil, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts." And the Global Elite Leaders Conference is the ideal setting to get familiar with the continuity of family businesses. JABOY Productions has earlier highlighted the impact of investment at the main conferences and private events in the connection to the main event. As the corporate world embraces impact investment, equally, the speakers put an emphasis on impact investment and the future and future generations. A topic that was emphasized at the Vatican part of the programme, arranged by the host Neil Greene in late 2021, where Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, Executive Director of JPM Capital also participated. In a conversation with Moralmoda Magazine, Princess Mewar reflects that although her family office strategy doesn't fit the standard definition of impact investing, she still allows for thinking along the lines of common growth, (e.g. when it comes to investments focused in the real estate space), and would pair this with her foundation work to invest in local schools and create opportunity for children. With only a few weeks left to the event launch in London, we are excited to meet new and old guests in the London Diamond Jubilee celebratory atmosphere. www.jaboyproductions.com
